Terms, Refunds & Returns Policy

1) If you change your mind or wish for any other reason to return an item we offer a 30 day money back guarantee.

Items must not be intentionally used and then returned. If items are damaged they must be from a manufacturing error rather than user error. If there is suspicion of foul play we will not refund. For items that are not required, or not used, please send the item back for a full refund, as we have paid the cost of shipping the item out to you, you as the buyer will be responsible for the return postage costs back to us.

2) If in the unlikely event an item is faulty/defect or if the order is not correct please notify us within 30 days or you can call our customer service team on +44 (0)1902 303934.

We will deal with the complaint courteously and efficiently we will try our hardest to put things right. We may require you to return items or we might wish to arrange collection, in these circumstances the shipping costs will be met by ourselves. If we are at fault we will be the first to admit it and you will be offered a full refund, or if you prefer, replacement of the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please put a note in the return package stating the reason for return. For example, No longer required, damaged item, Wrong size etc. and if you require a refund or replacement. Please provide original invoice or order proof.

We reserve the right to refuse service or product sale in the event of misuse of the website by customer, client or public body. In the event of your custom, if there is an issue with the product/s ordered, then order cancellation may occur. We also reserve the right to refuse service under any reason.

 

Where you are buying a product from us, you will use your payment card to pay us directly for the product. We use secure payment methods on this website only. 

When you place an order with us, you should receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Please check your junk mail box in case of no obvious receipt.

All orders are subject to availability, quality control and confirmation of the correct order price. Please don’t worry, if there’s an issue with an order, we’ll get in touch with you, offer an alternative or cancel your order and refund any monies owed in full.

From time to time, we may give you discount codes that you can use to reduce the price of specified products. You must enter the code at checkout! Terms and conditions do apply and we can revoke any discount at any time.

You must not misuse or tamper with our website, (e.g. hack, introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other technologically harmful material or carry out denial of service attacks etc) or otherwise mess with our technology or functionality or steal customers’ data. Doing any of these things may constitute a criminal offence, but they also get in the way of us giving our customers the best service possible, we will report any malicious activity (and all information about the people carrying it out) to the relevant law enforcement authorities. 

We recommend you use your own virus protection software when using any website, including ours. We can’t guarantee that it will always be secure from bugs, viruses or trouble-makers. Please utilise at your own risk. We will always do our best to minimise risk.
